All proceeds stay in the Wabash Valley and support Union Health Foundation's Mammogram Assistance Fund. This fund makes it possible for all women, regardless of their financial situation, to receive screening and diagnostic services.

Signs are available for curbside pickup Monday-Thursday from 9 AM to 3:00 PM, at the Union Hospital East entrance. Upon arrival, call our office at 812-238-7534.

Local delivery is also available upon request.
