To receive a campaign T-shirt, you must donate a minimum of $2/pay or make a one-time gift of $50. T-shirts will be distributed in late July. Then, wear your shirt to work on Friday, Aug. 7.

Healthcare Hero Appreciation

Union Health Foundation would like to thank all Union team members for their work to care for patients and protect our community from COVID-19. Enjoy a Tiers of Elegance dessert on us at the Employee Appreciation Food Truck event from 11am-1pm on Thursday, July 2 in the Landsbaum Center parking lot.

By signing my electronic signature and submitting this form, I am authorizing Union Health to deduct the above amount from my paycheck and send the donation to Union Health Foundation.The donation will continue until I choose to terminate my authorization by contacting Union Health payroll department of the Union Health Foundation.
