Established in 1985 as a 501(c)3, Union Health Foundation was created to engage the community in the support of improving healthcare and wellness in the Wabash Valley. Thanks to the generosity and kindness of our donors, we’ve been able to invest nearly $40 million. This holiday season help us give the Gift of Health to the Wabash Valley.

“The Union Health Foundation’s Pediatric Therapy Fund really has been a blessing to our family to make it affordable to allow him [Carter] to continue to receive all the services that he so desperately needed.”
"Not expecting my daughter to be born so soon, I was unprepared and didn't have a car seat. This program really helped me tremendously and I cannot thank you enough for the huge weight this lifted from my family's shoulders in our time of need. Thank you!"
"I appreciate that the Union Health Foundation values Union employees by supporting and investing in education and certification. This [Navigation] Certification benefits me, my employer, individual patients and our community"
"Because of having surgery on my left arm, only my right arm can be used for IV's. My veins are hard to find and it's nice having the vein finder so I don't have to be stuck so many times.
